Same as most other posts below. Please do not go to this establishment unless you have an hour to sit and read every single word of the agreement you sign. Very “deceitful” practices as an earlier reviewer posted. The young lady did not tell me I would be having reoccurring charges and I even told her “no thank you” when she offered me a way to get a “discount” for 30 days. Very deceitful business. I was told I was purchasing a one-month Elite Membership that would expire in 30 days. This membership is a few dollars cheaper than a single-day pass, and was supposed to provide my family access to the facility for a single month. I was not told that I was agreeing to a recurring membership that would be charged every month. I emailed to cancel the membership, and received confirmation that the membership had been cancelled. A month ago I visited and paid for 2 kids to jump. The girl gave me 2 options. A one time jump fee or a discounted fee and they could come back once again within the month to jump a second time. I specifically asked her if this was a membership and i would be drafted a monthly fee because i did not want to do that. She said oh no. You wont be charged again. Today, I was drafted again. Drove 2 hours with a group of kids to defy and the young lady stated since we had a big group she could get us a discount. Never mentioned a word about a membership and a month later they are drafting our account for the same amount again. Call down there just to be told they can’t do nothing then I call back and she tells me to email them to request my money back and haven’t heard a word.
