The kids enjoy the service, but I have had repeated problems with the subscription billing. I subscribed on two separate occasions and canceled both subscriptions, following the cancellation instructions provided. I also contacted customer service by phone to confirm the cancellations. Lots of fun for kids with plenty to do!!
I come here every weekend with my son. He’s loves it…. I appreciate that it’s open Sunday mornings. It’s definitely more affordable with the membership if you plan to come on a regular basis.
