We went to sky zone this evening, and after our visit, we chose to renew our old membership from Defy. The staff tonight were exceptional. My children absolutely adored Claudia, London and Izzy ... Every staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful with the kids. I have to say, from the moment we entered until we received our end to summer ice, the service was fantastic. I'm not sure if it's all new staff or just great training, but wow, keep it going! What a wonderful experience and enjoyable atmosphere for our children... read more
Lots of fun.... Was disappointed at the number of staff and that some areas had to be closed so staff could move around.
had a great experience. i brought my younger siblings here for a quick outing and was honestly impressed. the place was clean, music was good, and the staff actually cared. there was one girl with blonde and black braids and glasses. i didn’t catch her name, but she was working the big tramp area. she was really on it, making sure every kid got a fair turn and keeping track of everything without ever being rude. you could tell she was paying attention the whole time. definitely made me feel better about letting my siblings j... read more
Big facility is actually much larger than what the picture showing online. It will be all younger kids up till about six or 7 PM and then older kids come so if you have teenagers later in the day is best for them.
