Yesterday‘s trip to sky zone, formerly Defy, for my son‘s birthday was honestly the most disappointing experience we have had at a kids bounce place. We walked in, filled out waivers, paid for our time, and then went to go check everything out. There were at least nine water buckets set out everywhere, half to almost full with water, also actively dripping down from the ceiling. There are multiple spots where the carpet is soaked. Do not recommend. They have a leaky roof and rude teenage employees who dont want to do their actual job Not much to do and usually overcrowded. Won't allow you to use the performance trampolines, anymore so truly not worth the money or visit. An altitude is opening in the area next month so this location will likely close very soon. Better ammentities and customer service might help but a lost cause at this point. Buckets and standing water all over due to the large amount of constant leaks (been like this for months at a bare minimum) , as a last resort it is worth it but if you have other options I would take them instead
We had our son's fourth birthday here and everyone had a blast! The host was extremely kind and good at what she does. Everything was very organized, leading up to the event and on the event. Overall we had a great experience!
