Other than other kids having blatant disregard & their parents doing absolutely nothing, it’s great. Smaller kids are getting kicked off spaces & the area that used to have directional arrows doesn’t - leading to kids jumping all over in a space meant to run through and climb to the top. Nothing pisses me off more than knowing Defy ran a better operation & my daughter comes to me in tears more often than not.

Took my granddaughter there, she & her dad had a blast!
We had my daughter’s birthday party at Skyzone on 8/9/2025. Dorothy was our host and was nothing but AMAZING! she entertained the kids with games in the party room, gave tons of tattoos, passed out snacks and drink as well at cupcakes. She got the kids all hyped up. She was truly amazing and took the stress off this mama. Thank you so much for making both my daughter’s birthday parties today so much fun and filled with so many great memories! If I could I would give her a million stars.
