When you sign your waiver, you waive your right to sue the company. That is legal bs and likely won't hold up in court because it is not for the good of the community to not hold a business liable for something like negligence that results in injury or death. That clause is in there because they are hoping you will feel like you don't have an option for justice if something happens to you or your child. Look at the date the reviews were left. This place is a wreck and dangerous now that the new owners took over. The employees seem almost angry that they have to pause their conversations with coworkers to help customers. Screws are coming out of the floor, and there are no doors on lockers "anymore." A quarter of the toys are roped off. New "rules" saying you have to purchase their special "anti-slip" socks. Lastly, the cost on top of the sock purchase is criminal. They had a hard time checking us in. Forgot to give us his T-shirt and bday sticker. Had our room listed at 3 and moved us to 1. Didn’t lead the bday song. All the above was listed in our $670 total. With a $50 tip. They suggested a $70 tip. I would have liked a discount over the numerous apologies. I feel like not one employee knew what to do start to finish. Apparently they were to hold my card at the beginning. They didn’t ask. They wanted me to pay at the end to tip my host. I felt bad not tipping. Worker had her kids th... read more
