Paid for a subscription but then my daughter got hurt. We canceled the subscription, got refunded. But then we got charged another 3 months before I noticed we still are getting charged for it. Not cool.

Best party we ever had the hostess was wonderful to care of us did everything we needed My daughter even sprained her ankle in the first 10 minutes and they were right there taking care of her a little pricey but worth it I would do it again

We had fun. Took my wife and I with our two kids. They enjoyed the dodgeball court, Zipline and the slushies!!

amazing staff wonderful park and enough space to try everything we wanted also the only downside i realized was it is a card only place no cash taken there except at the storage locker.... other then that great experience..super helpful caring employees and I would definitely recommend 🙂👌

Other than other kids having blatant disregard & their parents doing absolutely nothing, it’s great. Smaller kids are getting kicked off spaces & the area that used to have directional arrows doesn’t - leading to kids jumping all over in a space meant to run through and climb to the top. Nothing pisses me off more than knowing Defy ran a better operation & my daughter comes to me in tears more often than not.
