Poor communication and they don't seem to ask clarifying questions. I had my return analyzed by another CPA and there were unquote "obvious missed opportunities and inaccuracies." One for example was missing data that should have been questioned. One of my 1098s didn't have important information and I didn't catch it and instead of asking me for the information from another source, they put incorrect information on my taxes.
