After injuring my knee earlier this year, I couldn’t have been in better hands than with Dans at Define Physio. He was great to work with, went the extra mile by regularly liaising with my PT, and helped me not only physically but mentally recover too. Straight up, honest advice every time for which I was grateful for. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Our most favourite Physio! My partner & I have been coming to Define and have been getting treated by Dan for a little over a year now. We are just your average Joe cross fitters, who need a little bit of TLC every now & then, every time leaving Define feeling brand new again. We have also grown a great friendship with Dan & his team, who are reliable & punctual. We’ve gone through our fair share of physio’s, trying to find the right one & this is it!
My partner and I couldn’t recommend Dan and his team enough to our friends and family. I started seeing Dan a year ago after I had been to several others with a crook back from deadlifts with no help.
