Cannot recommend this clinic enough! The staff are so lovely and Nurse An is just the best. Have been seeing her for a while now for lip filler and masseter botox, amazes me every time! 🤍
This was my first time getting lip filler and I was pretty nervous walking in but Nurse Ann immediately made me feel so welcome and made the environment so comfortable, she explained the entire process and aftercare so well and in-depth it made the whole experience so memorable. As for my lips I am SO happy with the outcome they’re exactly how I wanted them she listened to every concern I had and made the outcome perfect to how i envisioned. Could not recommend define clinic and Nurse Ann more x
I have been coming to Josh's clinic for years and regardless of whether I see Josh or one of the lovely nurses, my experience is always great. Staff here make you feel comfortable, are more than happy to answer all of your questions, and they are amazing at minimising any pain/discomfort during procedures. Nurse An is always wonderful :)
I just wanted to say thank you so much to nurse An, it was my first time getting injections and she was absolutely AMAZING. She made me feel so comfortable and that my needs were never a hassle to her. The results are amazing and her kindness made the whole experience so much better ❤️
It's been my second time into see Nurse A now, for my anti-wrinkle treatment. She makes my visits, informative, fun, relaxed and fulfilling with the end results! Highly recommend
