Defiance is the best shop in the area. They’re super friendly and always willing to provide what I need to try my service at home. It’s a family shop and feels like it in the best way. Plus their tech skills are top notch.

Defiance bike shop in Newcastle is a very good resource for all cyclists . Troy is as knowledgeable as anybody I have met in the Bike business.I brought him my Specialized Mtn Bike with many things wrong like parts not available . He still managed to make my old bike like new again when a couple things didn't work Troy stepped right up and figured out how to make it work and for that, I appreciate his knowledge, attitude and patience.
