I was visiting the area from out of town. After a 2000 mile drive to Colorado, my bike rack was gummed up and sticky. They repaired it quickly. Excellent service.

Defiance bike shop in Newcastle is a very good resource for all cyclists . Troy is as knowledgeable as anybody I have met in the Bike business.I brought him my Specialized Mtn Bike with many things wrong like parts not available . He still managed to make my old bike like new again when a couple things didn't work Troy stepped right up and figured out how to make it work and for that, I appreciate his knowledge, attitude and patience. Thx again Troy
