I've worked with Cody at my property. He is my GO TO pest control man. I've been in property management for about 7 years and he is easily the best pest control man I've worked with. I rant and rave about him to my residents and constantly refer him to people who ask about services. Great guy, great service. My pest control is getting so much better with his assistance. Robert came out and did a general pest extermination to my house. I didn’t have any pests, but he did the proper protocols to ensure that they would not come back, and for the past 4 years that I’ve had Defense’s services, I’ve only had to report one new problem they didn’t know about with the mice getting through my roof, but once they heard about it, they came out within 2 days and I would bet within a week or two I no longer heard the mice in my ceiling or walls bc they put rodent stations outside to catch them.
