Absolutely horrible service for service members
Awful Service listening to a robot. No empathy. Poor Services in many ways.
In serious need of DOGE!
I was released from service but the 100+ hours of earned time I earned (vacation time/personal time) that should have been released to me was not! Online says to contact your agency rep which I have and I’ve been referred to pursue this with DFAS online as I am no longer in their system (upon release). DFAS when contacted just disconnects you (“we will put you through to the civilian contact” click) I earned this money and feel that it is being denied (stolen) from me.
