Customer service does not stand behind their products. I have been told to contact the manufacture and went through over a year of going through there so-called "remedies". Now I am being told to send unit back to the manufacture at my expense despite the fact that the $2000 purchase has never worked correctly. I was told to keep my receipt and some day I may get my money back if they find it to be defective.
