I opened my claim with my home insurance company but I was denied due to missing evidence of an issue. The Defender Loss Consultants came to my rescue and helped me along the way and made sure I received more than what I was denied for. And now my home is functional with a new roof and a new kitchen. My Aunt and Uncle had damage and water leaks from hurricane Helene and Milton. When they tried to put in a claim with their insurance company (Universal property & casualty insurance) the adjuster came out, but he lied and said that there was no damage to the roof. My Aunt and Uncle have been loyal customers and have been highly overcharged for years and this is how they treat their customers!
