I opened my claim with my home insurance company but I was denied due to missing evidence of an issue. The Defender Loss Consultants came to my rescue and helped me along the way and made sure I received more than what I was denied for. And now my home is functional with a new roof and a new kitchen. My Aunt and Uncle had damage and water leaks from hurricane Helene and Milton. When they tried to put in a claim with their insurance company (Universal property & casualty insurance) the adjuster came out, but he lied and said that there was no damage to the roof.
