I cannot recommend Defenda highly enough, their service is second to none. We had a business critical issue with many changes and both Mark and April worked with us to get everything where it needed to be, even when plans changed while the driver was on route. A fantastic service from a very professional and friendly team, I cannot thanks them enough!

It is rare to find such a flexible bespoke service, we needed palletising in a small shared storage warehouse which we discussed and agreed with the very helpful and positive Mark Derbyshire and we are very happy with the result. Just to say thank you so much for your company's help in palletising. Paul Smith was very helpful, understanding, patient yet professional and very quick and efficient and good at his job.
