Bad customer service. Many double bills, never issue bills & zero accountability for that and the added expenses to others, they make up fake charges for things that were not done because they're mad that they get caught cheating on bills, having to explain the same things over and over and over, so they can bill for more time, unless of course they are even more inept than they appear. We waited for years for invoices & they argue that there aren't any, yet there was missing money and now that I am gone, I was still missing... read more

i just posted a review on co owner Sophia and it "disappeared", I did see it there. I suppose when you accuse a co owner of accusing a potential client of accusing defend it of stealing, they worry about legal action for harassment, intimidation and delay of payment for 'punishment' evidently in Sophia's emails. Lets see if this one files. Maybe it will show up. I always follow the chain of command for such matters, always initially. I hope if they address we can solve but removing my review ain't so assuring.. Waiting... read more

I was going to go with defend it and decided not to and asked for a refund. Co owner Sophia accused me of accusing defend it of STEALING money, a criminal offence. Dangerous rich co owner who is completely arrogant and out if touch with haw she speaks and writes to someone. Likes she is a somebody. when i challenged her as she wanted me to wait and wait. for payment till a CERTAIN time, poof it came. Disgrace. They should have negative rating STARS, she is nowhere near one but had to fill out.
