Beautiful store with amazing help.
This place has absolutely went down hill!! Disgusted!! The short new girl with long brown hair is horrible!! I was in their yesterday when she hit phoebe the white bird with what seemed to be a rattle because she wouldn't get off my shoulder!! I have many years of experience with animals but this one was over the top!! Turns out that bird got her revenge!! I've went in here multiple times to many I mean many dead fish! I read the reviews on dees talking about how good “Liz” is. My first time visiting I was making conversation with her on my reptiles, mid way through my sentence she interrupted me and said “oh these people actually spend money.” And walked away from me. Giving her the benefit of doubt I went in a different day. Whenever I asked her for help she tried to brush me off by telling me to ask the other workers even though they were busy with other customers.
