SO DISAPPOINTED! Have not been here in years.. after new owner.had appointment with the doctor near a few days before, but when you do go in. It stinks!! And is dirty. Will always recommend this place for any pet needs, friendly staff and they are always willing to help out with anything.
Always very helpful. Lots of variety to choose from.
Maybe it was a bad day, but the customer service was genuinely abysmal. Person that was helping us took forever to make it to use then just left us standing around for 30 min. Said she was going to grab a ladder to help and just never came back or had someone come assist us. When we finally got annoyed with it we had to ask another employee for help before we even got assistance.
