I'm not sure what is wrong with this guy. I've been coming for years with no issue. Even have done boarding. He talked to me like an idiot because I selected 1:00 in the online appointment scheduling. It was the only time I had to get my Ellie dropped off. Then I proceeded to tell him to just cancel my dogs appointment and I would reschedule. My grandchild brought her cat for flea bath and groom. They got me in on a Saturday morning. Cats hang out in the front, away from the dogs. Henry the manager gave us so much information on how often to bathe or groom our Persian. He sent us a video of our cat being bathed too. This place is amazing!
