Every time I take Loki to get groomed, he’s always so excited to go in.. one of the groomers always tells me how good he behaves and I can see that my baby really likes her. I’ve received videos of Loki getting showered and they seem very gentle with him, which i appreciate because he has very sensitive ears and will get a bit aggressive when people touch them. We've been wanting to get our cat groomed for quite some time but couldn't find a groomer who we felt comfortable with. However, after trying out Zoe's with my dog, who they did a great job with we decided to give them a crack at our cat who can be very picky about who she allows into her space. I'm happy to report, we have found a groomer for our entire pet family because they did a wonderful job with her too! When we picked her up she was all purrs on the way home. Idk if there's new management or just new employees, but I've brought my baby here twice and had beautiful experiences. She always ends up having some matting, because her hair grows long and fast and she won't let me brush her. I've always let them know that. They just inform me that she'll have to be shaven, which is fine with me. This time when I called, I spoke with a gentleman.
