Dee is one of the most wonderful inspirational person that this world has to offer. She gives the best customer service and expearience anyone can receive at any business. I live more then an hour away and ill drive that far just for the experience anytime i need to go to notary. When you feel somthing is impossible to do in terms of notary services, she makes it possible no matter. Her joy is to see somone leaving with a happy smile knowing their needs were met.. I find them convenient and Fast and Local !!
Went to Dee, probably 4-5 years ago at this point after paying off my car to have the title changed over. After trying to change the title over twice, paying taxes twice, and paying her service fees twice; I still do not have a title for my car. We have called SEVERAL times and constantly hear excuses yet still don’t have a title.
would give negative stars if i could. my husband paid OVER $200 more than what the other tag place would have charged. Also have a LOT of people I know told me the same, or they are waiting ridiculous time frames for things. i have a feeling something weird is going on at this place.
