Went to get my car transfered back to Pennsylvania after being out of state for a while. Took everything in, the people kept all of my original paperwork, gave me a new tag, took my money, and told me everything was good. A year later I find out they never once registered my car, have no clue where the plate on my car came from (even though it was brand new when they handed it to me), they lost all of the original paperwork, then charged me hundreds of dollars to fix their mistake after saying they wouldn't, and now refuses ... read more
Dee is one of the most wonderful inspirational person that this world has to offer. She gives the best customer service and expearience anyone can receive at any business. I live more then an hour away and ill drive that far just for the experience anytime i need to go to notary. When you feel somthing is impossible to do in terms of notary services, she makes it possible no matter. Her joy is to see somone leaving with a happy smile knowing their needs were met.. I find them convenient and Fast and Local !!
Went to Dee, probably 4-5 years ago at this point after paying off my car to have the title changed over. After trying to change the title over twice, paying taxes twice, and paying her service fees twice; I still do not have a title for my car. We have called SEVERAL times and constantly hear excuses yet still don’t have a title.
