Dee went above and beyond for me on Saturday. I was super confused and worried after receiving a letter from PennDot about my registration/plates. She offered to send my documents with her mail so it would be there first thing Monday morning and also offered to call and follow up with them on my behalf (which saves me the headache)!! I would have paid double what she charged me to get all of it squared away.
Nice people but prices are outrageous! Look elsewhere. I bought a non running fixer upper vehicle for 300 bucks. It cost me 220 for a simple title transfer without registration or tags!!!! Unreal!!! I was trapped because that’s where the seller wanted to go and I didn’t know any better. And that was 2 weeks ago and I still don’t have the title! So much for rushed computer service and super high fees!!!!
I rented a uhaul pickup and trailer for the price of $250. I drove 2 and a half hours to buy my dream motorcycle $950 Transfered with the company, paid over $200. Got my motorcycle permit and put insurance on the bike, atleast $100, I am unable to put a registration plate on it. This whole experience has left me feeling gutted. Went to get my car transfered back to Pennsylvania after being out of state for a while. Took everything in, the people kept all of my original paperwork, gave me a new tag, took my money, and told me everything was good. A year later I find out they never once registered my car, have no clue where the plate on my car came from (even though it was brand new when they handed it to me), they lost all of the original paperwork, then charged me hundreds of dollars to fix their mistake after saying they wouldn't, and now refuses ... read more
