poor communication between maagement and the nurses in the units has resulted in my family members missing multiple medical appointments
Poor communication exist throughout the building. Every time I come visit a new employee is there and an old employee is gone so turnover is high
The staff here, specifically Ivy Woods, over the past few years have been incredible with our family. The care and compassion they showed our family member has been nothing short of amazing. As his time with us came closer to the end, they compassion they showed the family, making sure to feed and have something for us to drink was just a small and powerful touch.
