My husband and I visited the Poconos for a two night stay for our anniversary and decided to stay at the Deerfield Inn. Linda, the host, was so pleasant and kind upon arrival and throughout our stay. We enjoyed all the extra spaces the inn provided, like the porch, and living room areas to just relax after our long days hiking. We got the specials for breakfast each morning and they were delicious! The inn was quaint, comfortable, and Linda made you feel right at home!
My boyfriend and I stayed here recently and we really loved our experience! Everyone was very sweet and welcoming, and the lounges and grounds were well taken care of and cozy. Having breakfast in the morning was a great perk, and everything was very clean on the premises, including the sauna, which was a perk. The inn resides in a historic building, so if you are looking for a super modern-style lodging this might not be the best fit. I stayed here for a long weekend (March 2023). I was incredibly pleased with Deerfield Inn! We were warmly welcomed by Linda who gave us a tour of the building and activities. She was very attentive the entire weekend. Our room had a personal bathroom and a comfortable bed. It was exceptionally clean.
