Every staff person has impressed upon us this is OUR new home. When schedules changed at the last moment, the challenge from staff was met with “we will make this happen”. I have been employed with Deerfield for a year now. The team members truly think of our residents as family! As a working mother, it is important that I feel empowered and a sense of belonging every day I spend away from home, and Deerfield gives me that.... and so much more.
