As part of the Deerfield team, I have never enjoyed an atmosphere of employment more. I look forward to coming to work each and every day. I have been employed with Deerfield for a year now. The team members truly think of our residents as family! As a working mother, it is important that I feel empowered and a sense of belonging every day I spend away from home, and Deerfield gives me that.... and so much more.
Sorry I was not at Deerfield recently!! Last time I was there, it was nice.
