In my experience Deere Employees Credit Union had horrible customer service. Considering it is a financial institution they screwed up my finances on multiple occasions. Laura Laxy was particularly awful at returning phone calls. Not only couldn’t she find the time to return my phone calls but she left my insurance company & realtor hanging for several days. Deere employees credit union is awesome. I call the one in Moline because we used to live in Davenport. I never have problems with them
Time after time we have been disappointed with Deere Employees Credit Union and we will be switching institutions. I called inquiring about a mortgage loan and was asking about how to get started and the loan officer paused and responded with “what exactly do you want? Just fill out the application.” Yeah, no thanks. I picked up the phone called another institution and was pre-approved for a mortgage within an hour and was easily walked through the process.
