Absolutely the worst experience for a credit union ever went there to cash a check from one of their clients and was told they do not keep money on hand trying to understand how a bank or credit union does not keep the money on hand
This appears to be a spoof site for harvesting debit and credit card data for fraudulent charges. Deere employees credit union is no longer branded as Deere, and the "fraud dept" that called me was foreign accent while using common English/Irish name. Be very careful checking

In my experience Deere Employees Credit Union had horrible customer service. Considering it is a financial institution they screwed up my finances on multiple occasions. Laura Laxy was particularly awful at returning phone calls. Not only couldn’t she find the time to return my phone calls but she left my insurance company & realtor hanging for several days.
