My dad was at Deerbrook to receive IV antibiotics and therapy, and our family couldn’t be happier with the care he received specifically by therapy. The therapy team was absolutely amazing, so supportive, professional, and encouraging every step of the way. Devon took the time to explain the entire process clearly, which made us feel much more comfortable choosing rehab instead of going straight home with home health which is what we were initially going to do. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Deerbrook Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation has been wonderful for my dad. Devin Johnson was referred to us by our case manager Payton @ Kingwood Medical Center. Devin came and met with us all at the hospital to explain everything clearly and helped us feel confident in choosing the right place. Praise YESHUA! My aunt lived in Deerbrook 1960 faculty for over 6 years! The administration tried to make her stay there smooth as possible! I do have a some serious concerns for the last 2 years of her stay! 1. She wasn't kept dry! For the last year ,my aunt always had bed sores! A couple of times they were deep sores! 2. The doctors keep her doped up. 3. The diapers ordered for her/from her UnitedHealth account were distributed/shared with other patients or Stolen by staff! 4. One of the leading nurses Serria is an absolute terror. She is rude and was constantly giving me dirty looks. Her and her staff were very rude to my loved one and made it extremely hard on me and my family.
