I was a patient here and I liked the way they treated me here, they were all nice to me. They did a good job and I'm very happy. The nurses, the staff, therapy were all nice. I came here sick and I'm going home today and I feel real happy because I'm doing much much better than when I came in. My name is Alicia Villarreal

Editing my review now that we have actually experienced Deerbrook. And not just the process to get into the facility. I would strongly caution anyone considering Deerbrook Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation for a loved one. During my mother-in-law’s stay, from Oct 2024- April 2026 our family experienced repeated failures in communication, lack of proper medical notification, poor wound care, untreated infections, and an overall disregard for her dignity and safety. Delivering here and nurses are rude. Being a visitor this place is not friendly, respectful. No manners.
