Revised: since Judy left the bank seems to have gone downhill. They have lost money between my accounts, put in a drive through for the ATM that is too small for trucks and too high to reach from a standard car, and the customer service via phone seems to be worthless.
In person is always great! Trying to get support or help via the app, phone, or online via laptop is impossible. You wait on the phone for iver 10 minutes to reach anyone. And if you message support in the app, the follow up is horrible and there's no real support or solution given. It's disappointing. I live over an hour and a 1/2 away from the nearest branch. I have to do most things online, and when you don't get that support, it's really frustrating.
