Kate is a highly qualified and skilled remedial massage therapist. I run marathons and I wouldn't be able to do it without Kate! She is incredibly knowledgeable, and caring. I highly recommend Kate.

Kate is one of the best masseurs I’ve ever had. She gets right to the area of concern and works to release tension and tightness like no other therapist. She’s also great at suggesting stretches and giving advise to help keep areas flexible and strengthened. Thoroughly recommend Deeper Kneads.
