Horrible customer service!! Store is completely dead’ not a customer in site and they are out of pre rolls. I ask if they can make me some which they have done over 20 times. Guy basically says he doesn’t feel like it. Calls a manager named Adam who doubled down that they only do it when they feel like it. I left without getting anything and going to a vape place nearby I found in google with better pricing as well. I’m in the customer service business and this was as bad as it gets. Geordie and Promace are the two people that I met there. They are so incredibly nice and knowledgeable. They make it very easy and pleasant to get the supplies you need. I was having trouble with something and they helped me right away. Always remember to try and tip the people in this store.
