I had some questions about wing size, the owner took the time to listen and made great recomendations. I will call them back next time I need something.
Emailed Tobin about what we should purchase....he asked a bunch of questions (great) I answered them all and he gave me two answers dependant on how we were diving including weighs we would roughly use ( he was right) very helpful and the gear is great!! It reads like some of the negative reviewers don't like his direct, knowledgable responses. Which is exactly why we will deal with DSS again.
If you can do business with any other scuba shop, do. My local dive shop recommended a bungee kit for my Suunto computer; they even pointed me in the direction of Deep Sea Supply. The kit did not come with a bungee. When I called for more information, the man was very rude. He could have nicely said that bungees are sold separately; instead, he told me he couldn't be responsible for my local shop misleading me.
