I booked a massage appointment for 5:45 PM because I was having lower back pain and really needed treatment that day. However, at 4:30 PM, the clinic called to cancel my appointment, saying the massage therapist lives out of town and couldn’t come to work. When they called, I was at work, so I said “fine” and agreed to cancel, but honestly I was very unhappy. If the therapist was unavailable, the clinic should have notified me earlier, so I could book another place. Same-day cancellation left me with no options and still in ... read more
