Myra did an hour of intensive work on my low back and hips. I’ve been dealing with a lot of hip pain/aches/muscle soreness due to running and it felt amazing to have some deep muscle work done as it was long overdue. She also used the muscle scraper which felt amazing. I highly recommend her for any injuries or aches and pains. I’ve seen her before and will continue to come back 😊
Myra is talented and professional. I wish I could get one once a week! She knew how and where to release muscle tension. I felt so relaxed and also I find it improved my sleep!
