My family is very disappointed with the services received from Deep Creek Title company during the sale of our great aunt's home. There was an error in the closing paperwork that they didn't discover until after closing, and now they are going after my great aunt, an elderly woman in a nursing home. If you are looking for a title company to pay attention to details and do its job responsibly, then this is not the title company for you.
