We booked for a family of 4 at very late notice for a private thermal bath in the evening. Halley was our host and was extremely accommodating and caring. Towels, water and tea were included. We loved it and would highly recommend. Please note the bath house and day spa is separate from the outside pools where the staff were friendly but completely unhelpful and didn’t bother to suggest the Day Spa and Pool only 20 metres up the hallway until I pushed for further information. Relaxing atmosphere, Smells Devine and friendly staff drinks were made to perfection. Room was spacious and clean getting fresh towels every day. Hot springs were amazing and a must do Will be coming back next year
The best place on earth after a long drive across the Great Ocean road . It’s a hotel with natural hot springs available on the site . Fantastic just the best .
I have came here many times with my friends and coworkers and I always bring my clients where we passing by Warronbool and staying overnight, highly recommend recommended.
Myself and two girlfriends booked in for a 60 minute relaxation massage at the Deep Blue Day Spa - I had the lovely Alex treating me with firm pressure, an excellent start to a relaxing weekend and followed by a dip at the Hot Springs next door!
