Last time I came here the massage and atmosphere was amazing. Unfortunately this time after being seated in the quiet relaxing waiting room upstairs I was taken to the massage room downstairs next to the reception area for my treatments. I paid $500 between my partner and I for relaxation massages / treatments. The therapists were good however the downstairs area is very loud. Today my wife and I had 45 minute massages I had Colleen my wife had sue colleens hands were amazing best massage I’ve had in a long time she hit all the right areas my wife had sue and she commented it was her best massage ever thank you to both ladies 10/10
We are staying at the Deep Blue right now and have had the most magnificent day. It started with lunch at The Tides and it was lovely. Staff were 10/10. What followed was a treatment in the day spa with Grace. Grace, you were absolutely incredible - you make me want to come back just for the day spa! Our night was complete with a twilight dip in the hot springs. I don't want to go home... Please let us come back! Thanks again for a lovely experience.
