Not a veteran friendly place if you plan ti work there. They will fire you without notice if they don't like you.
Like other evaluation would give 0 if possible. Never respond to calls. Like never, even after multiple calls and going to office. And these are serious issues about bussiness tax payments and reports they were supposed to be doing. They are very expensive too. Paid 1/3 less for personal taxes with another accountant and they even did it without an extension despite being new clients and having 3 weeks to complete.

If I could leave a 0 rating, I would. My business used this company for YEARS. We inadvertently discovered they fired one of their most knowledgeable, loyal employees after 25 YEARS of employment and clearly had NO intention of revealing this information until we’d signed our annual “representation letter”. After this discovery, we opted to go with another company (Sikich) only to discover Symphona charges for audit services are absolutely criminal! Save yourself a headache and use Sikich!!
