I recommend every contractor and other business professional that needs legal to Deeb Law!
If I could rate it lower than a 1-star, I would. As a title company, their job was to hold escrow. They never informed us that they would go outside their scope and kept the escrow without notifying us. Isn't that the whole point of an escrow company to be a neutral party to hold funds? It's very sad because, in this situation, the realtor was the entity that broke the deal, not us.
