Constantly avoiding my emails. Not sure they know what they are doing so you might as well do your own. I agree with the other review, Diana is incredibly rude!
AVOID THEM….. I literally don’t think she knows what she is doing! I sent the details for the tax and heard nothing for months. I queried if they had it and got a rude reply to say Cheryle had retired! Then again I heard nothing, so I asked again what was happening. After this I got emails all the time repeatedly asking random questions. Then she wanted my returns again, so AGAIN, I sent them…. Wish I had checked the reviews before engaging their services as I would have NOT used them. They filled out forms incorrectly which caused the tax rebate to be rejected and re-submitted at my cost not theirs!!!! They accept no responsibility Avoid like the plague!!
I use Dee-Jay and Associates Services for both my business and personal accounts for almost 10 years! Very professional approach, always on time and ready to answer any question.
I don't even want to give one star you could wait a month for a response from this accountants. they say they are going to call back and never do, they give you the most silly excuses ever. Very unprofessional.
