Unfortunately, I have to leave this review. It took months to get my photos and as I looked through the only family photos I took with my children which are 4 photos, they are all edited horribly... apparently I found out Dee doesn't do the editing, she sends them out to get edited. Well the editing looks like my daughter is possessed in her eyes and smile. The Photography in question was not 18 months ago, the wedding was 12-17-22 (12 months ago) and I received my photos June 2023.. meaning delivered 6 months ago which Dee was contacted on multiple occasions to help fix the issues, which she hasn't and ignores to respond. Excuse me for being upset about my only ruined family photos. Erasing reviews from the knot & wedding wire is incorrect as well. And it was not a duplicate review.
This review comes a few months late! I did want to let everyone know how great Dee and her team were on our wedding day. Dee couldn't physically be there (we knew far in advance), but made sure questions were answered and was present each step of the way. Her team on our actual wedding day was professional, kind, and very organized! The actual photos/videos were amazing. Highly recommend using Dee Garone Photography!
Subpar service. I know several friends that have used them. Joe is very rude and unprofessional.
