I did not have a positive experience with Attorney F. Dedrick as a divorce mediator. In my opinion, my fact-based proposals to settle were largely dismissed or ignored, while my spouse’s emotional arguments and demands were prioritized. I thought meditation was supposed to be a neutral negotiation ,but this felt more like a one-sided advocacy session. In my opinion I did not experience fairness or balance, and I would strongly caution anyone considering his services for divorce mediation.

I have known Fred Dedrick as an attorney and as a mediator for many years. I find Mr. Dedrick to be a phenomenal mediator who does a great job helping people who are going through a divorce to find some middle ground in order to reach an agreement that is beneficial for them both financial and that is in the best interests of the parties' children. I would recommend Mr. Dedrick to anyone looking for a family law mediator to assist in resolving their differences with their spouse.

Fred was really great. Eventhough my own lawyer was 20+ minutes late for my mediation in a terrible divorce, he put my mind at ease and was really great.
