I should have noticed the signs from the beginning which was Nov 2024. Dedicated never found my daughter an OT OR SPEECH therapist. We only had the PT service. Then the therapy stopped because the therapist wasn't getting paid we were told. My insurance case manager said she didn't know why because my child was and still isapproved for these services. Got a message the other day about service. I reached out to the owner, Monica waited 24 hours, and nothing back. All the hard work and communication the owner had when we started disappeared. There are no meet-ups anymore or anything. The employees are amazing and would be the only reason I would stay with this company. Our therapist stepped up and reached out to let us know there's an issue with the company and not us alone. Truthfully, it wasn't her job in my eyes. That should be the owner telling me. I called this place several times NO ONE EVER PICKS UP!!!! All I got was a text message saying I’m with a client will call you back and NEVER got the call back! Very unprofessional!
