I was happy to be introduced to this service in Edmonton. It was simple to call and book a reservation on a week day night. The drivers called 10 minutes out and when they arrived at my truck. Reg was polite and respected my truck. He even parked it right in my garage! - bonus points! I think this is the best way to go out now, rather risking leaving your vehicle behind. I do enjoy being able to call in and be talk to a human. I recommend this service 10/10.
Disgrace of a service. I’m in disbelief.
These people need to learn how to run a business. If the business is driving then drivers should be able to drive a standard car! Don’t expect too much. And customer service from whoever the woman was on the phone was awful.
Service levels have reduced substantially while prices have increased above their value. If you have no other options, I guess consider this. It's cheaper to take an Uber both ways now.
