First of all, we hired them through UHaul and all transactions are to go through UHaul and not directly with this company. I t started off great! They were (somewhat) careful with our belongings and were able to get them to the box in a reasonable time frame. However, once we provided them with the payment code and it wasn’t working, they threatened to hold our box until UHaul released their payment. Top notch service every time. Wife and I have used DDD on many occasions. Mary has been our driver most of the time and has always been courteous. Would highly recommend.
