Extremely rude customer service. Didn't schedule delivery, then showed up unannounced at 7:45 am when I wasn't there. Again, unannounced. Claimed to have attempted delivery three more times, and yet was never called to schedule a delivery A SINGLE TIME. Somebody from their office today called at 2 pm 5 days after original delivery attempt and left a snarky voicemail basically stating "how can they deliver if I'm never there and don't answer my phone".
