Be very careful when booking loads for this broker. We completed a load for them and had to pay a lumper when requesting the code to pay for the lumper they deducted 51.50 from my rate con, so basically we paid to get his freight unloaded. When we asked about the deduction they did not answer.

I’ve been on business with them. I was on a load, but I was running into an issue on my previous deliver so I reached out to them to look for recovery. Now I am on do not load. Thats not fair.
