I arrived at the pickup 30 minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment. The RC listed 4 PO numbers, all of which I provided to the RCO team. I also sent photos of the BOL, the cargo in the trailer, the seal, and the temperature. At the delivery point, one pallet was refused. I had to unload that pallet 'for free' since the broker didn’t care or value others' work.
