This company was referred by Steves Towing and arranged a rental through dedicated rentals after my accident. They gave me a Kia forte which was not in a proper condition and smoke smell inside. They promised me for a replacement the next day which never happened. When I decided to return the vehicle they turned very unprofessional, rude on the phone and charged me $250 of early return fee. Our experience with Dedicated car and truck rental was a good one. Employee's were very friendly and helpful. They have a good assortment of vehicles on the lot. Pick up and returns are systematized & smooth.
My fiance and I got into an accident on a Friday night and Dedicated had a clean rental for us ready the next day. Ayaz was very helpful in going through the entire process with us so we didn't feel stressed and we felt fully informed. Getting into an accident can be scary and what to do next is even more stressful but Dedicated Car Rental made it easy. Thank you to Ayaz and the Dedicated team!! Will definitely use them again for my car rental needs

Great Service. I was involved in a collision last week. Dedicated Delivered the car right to the Reporting Centre for me. Helped me to remove all my belongings from my crash car into a clean rental. They even had car seats for my two boys. They told me about the $250 charge which I found to be fair. They deliver the car to you, and they pick it up from you as well. If you do an early return they need to be compensated. Overall they are great people and provide an amazing service
