I have been banking with Dedham savings for 7 years and had nothing but good experiences from the start. On a weekly and sometimes daily basis Colleen, Leslie, Sue, and Nirabhra are top notch bankers!
Been with dedham savings for decades, this is the only branch that won't deposit checks for jobs for me over an undisclosed amount. The fact that it implicates the livelihoods of others and disregards mine, my family, my workers, and my clients, is unforgivable enough to be posting this publicly. Im a long standing customer of yours? Fix your outrageous policies for your clients.
Terrible bank. Any time I try to do something with my money there is a story. Try to log in on their app- there's a story why it doesn't work. Try to set up a checking account for my kid- there's a story why it takes 3 days and multiple attempts for them to figure it out. I hardly ever do anything besides deposit and withdraw funds.
