Poor quality furniture. No longer hight standards in customer service.
Great shopping experiences at Decorium. We are still loving our Canadian made chairs that we bought at Decorium when they had a location on Yonge Street. Went to their location in North York a few weeks ago. Great to see that they are still carrying lots of Canadian made furniture. My husband loves the office chair that we bought from Fil. We had been searching for dining room chairs and various other pieces of furniture and a rug for many months. We walked into Decorium and were lucky to meet Evan Sims. He makes excellent suggestions after really listening to what you're looking for. He is very knowledgeable about interior design, products and styles, and he is friendly and helpful without being pushy. Went to Decorium today looking for a dining room table and chairs. Met Raffaele who showed us all the different options. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting all the different options available. He did not pressurize us at all and we did end up finding the dining room table and chairs we were looking for. It was a wonderful purchasing experience and we found the prices to be reasonable. To be continued in 2months time when the furniture is delivered. Thank you Raffaele.
