Ordered fabric online based on the photo, which suggested the "faux leather" was textured. Entirely deceptive photo. When the fabric came it had no texture at all. Neither did the color match the photo. I could have purchased a much better product at Hobby Lobby, for about half the price.They refuse to accept returns unless you order at least 4 yards. Third party vendor. Doesnt benefit the actual manufacturer that ***** the fabric. They are rude Rude. The website does not reflect inventory Both women I spoke with were helpless and rude. They didnt seem to have any knowledge about the industry they are working in. They wouldnt tell me who makes the fabric cause they would loose their profit. But if I found out on my own theres nothing they could do What does that even mean!?
I don't usually write reviews but I wasn't going to order from this company because I read the reviews on this site prior to ordering. However, I thought I would take a chance anyway. I found a fabric I liked and sent an email asking a question. This was actually the test. I was surprised because I did receive an answer very quickly. I ordered the fabric and it shipped very quickly. I had a very good experience. I thought I would just share.
They are so shady. Wouldn't recommend. Every fabric company has their return policy front and center. They have everything in bold and then faded in terms and conditions. The woman was rude and condescending. Don't do business with these people.
I tried 3 times to purchase sample on this website but each time they retained my credit info and neglected to fulfill purchase. I need to verify that my credit info I has been delayed and not used for other nefarious purposes. Thank you.
Terrible company to do business with. For a small Etsy business they do not care about little orders. I placed an order for 2 yards of a fabric i've been using for awhile now. and they let me know i would have to order 5 yards or more since it is NOW a special order. I asked them if there was a similar fabric that i could get 2 yards of and they switched my order. I assumed my replacement fabric type would be very similar. IT IS NOT. Now they will not take my return even though they mislead me. Terrible customer service

In order to provide our customers with a larger selection, we have many "special order" items that require a minimum quantity that is set by our vendors. This is noted on our site under each item that has a minimum requirement. At times, we may receive surplus yardage for one of these items. The surplus yardage is put into inventory and offered to our customers in any quantity until the yardage is gone. I ordered weeks ago and nothing. When I contacted them they said it was "returned to the fabric company by Fed Ex. They have no shipping number and no idea when it will be shipped. Sketchy.
Business response:
This was a special order item that ships from the factory to our Atlanta warehouse in 7-10 business days. In an attempt to expedite the order for the customer, the goods were mis-routed by the carrier and then returned to the factory in error. Once we were aware of the situation, we had the factory reship the goods. Unfortunately, we were unable to provide a faster delivery. However, we were able to ship the goods to the customer within the time frame originally quoted
