Delivery was delayed for weeks, and customer service kept giving me the runaround. The product finally arrived damaged and they refused a proper refund. Extremely frustrating experience.

The packing material was good for protection. It's not too heavy, easy to be moved around the house. So glad to choose this mirror. Great value for the price
