We bought our tiles from them, and they also provided delivery for a nominal fee. Their prices and service is excellent!
We purchased a 9 piece space saver outdoor setting from Decor My Villa on the 30th of October. The glass table top was wrapped in plastic. We took the plastic off the glass and the glass shattered. We phoned immediately and told them what happened. They refused to replace the glass or refund our money. We have been calling for almost three weeks. 1 call was returned where they said the manager will call. We have not heard from them since. They do not wish to honour their warranty. Great service both in store and delivery. Purchased a out door dining table,chairs and a picture frame for my gallery over 6 months ago. Still looks amazing! Highly recommend
I arrived here at 1030am on a Wednesday and the place was locked up. Called 2 phone numbers to only leave a message. Not happy. No one has called back and it's now 1.20pm.
