I would never recommend shopping at this store. I personally do not even think the store exists. I placed an online order after speaking to someone to confirm delivery date as the dining table we were ordering needed to be delivered to us for an event. I was assured several times over the phone that we would receive it on time. We put through the order and then two days later received an automatic email saying that it had been flagged and cancelled. I ordered an L-shaped couch from this store and had a great experience! There are so many options to customize as well and the customer service here is excellent. I have had the couch for 6 months now and love it, I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
My husband and I had a great experience with this store! The bedroom furniture we purchased was beautiful and a fair price compared to other stores. The delivery men were AMAZING; they were very respectful and careful with our items, they laid blankets as to not get our floors dirty when they came in and they even helped my husband assemble one of the larger items. Some of the drawers had scratches, but Mohammed kindly replaced them without hesitation.
