Got a nice couch here!
Was not going to buy anything from her but just look, ended up getting a couch and recliner chair. I feel I got a good price. The only thing I don't like is they advertise 70% off but hardly anything in their inventory applies.
Terrible communication. Ordered a sofa in Feb, delivery was expected end of April. Covid happened, and expectedly everything was put on hold. I started calling the store in May and the number had been disconnected. Went to the store in June and coincidentally ran into the owner. He gave me his mobile number and promised to get me a status promptly. After 3 weeks of me asking for a status and not getting one, I asked my credit card company to reverse the charges. This is the BEST furniture store in Santa Cruz. This place looks great, at first I thought "it must be very expensive that I couldn't afford". But after the friendly manager knew that I'm a student and looking for nice but affordable furnitures, he recommended some secondhand/showroom furniture at really good price.
