We bought a couch and love seat in July. We went into the store just to look and the salesman was so nice and helpful. The store was closing soon but we did not feel rushed. We decided to come back the next day and had the manager help us. We had decided on a set the night before and she helped us with pillows. Purchased a few other things with her help. My business partner and I have been in many times, in the last year, to purchase a variety of home furnishings. Including accessories, and decor. Over the past year, customer service has been great. Our plan today, was to go in and order a couple of couches, 2 tables, a few bed frames and loads of accessories, along with decor. The total cost, would of been a hefty one.
