Do not shop here! This has been the absolute worst experience. Unless you want to be stressed before your baby arrives and spend your freshly postpartum time trying to track down your paid items, I would avoid this store. I purchased nursery furniture, a reclining chair and crib bedding in September and was told the items would arrive in 6-8 weeks- with 8 weeks being the worst case due to the chair. I’m still waiting on an ETA for a bed and dresser set purchased August 15 of this year. Was told I’d have in 4-6 weeks, maybe two weeks. My baby is coming in three weeks and I’ve literally been chasing them for answers with no luck. Just the runaround. I’m the one following up after being told I’d have updates by end of day/day next. This is not a takedown of this store but I think it's important for buyers to have all the information before they purchase their baby furniture here. Firstly, Shelly and Ric are very nice people and the furniture we have received is high quality and those are the only reasons there are two stars and not one. We had an amazing experience with Decor 4 Kids. Shelly and Ric got back to me within 24 hours of leaving a voicemail, and also gave me their cell to text and ask questions to during the setup process. Shelly walked us through each brand, lead times, and the pros and cons of each. I fell in love with the Leland Collection in their front room.
