I’m still waiting on an ETA for a bed and dresser set purchased August 15 of this year. Was told I’d have in 4-6 weeks, maybe two weeks. This is not a takedown of this store but I think it's important for buyers to have all the information before they purchase their baby furniture here. Firstly, Shelly and Ric are very nice people and the furniture we have received is high quality and those are the only reasons there are two stars and not one. We purchased our baby's furniture on June 7th, including a crib, dresser, and recliner. Originally we were told 6-8 weeks which was well within our due date. We had an amazing experience with Decor 4 Kids. Shelly and Ric got back to me within 24 hours of leaving a voicemail, and also gave me their cell to text and ask questions to during the setup process. Shelly walked us through each brand, lead times, and the pros and cons of each. I fell in love with the Leland Collection in their front room. We have been customers for 14 years - buying two nursery sets, 2 kids’ room sets, and other items over the years as our kids’ needs have grown and changed. Buying local makes ALL the difference - the owners have always been incredible, responsive, and kind. We saw some of these negative reviews but decided to give Decor 4 Kids a chance in order to support a local business. It was also important to us to actually see the bunk bed that we wanted for our son - as most larger furniture stores do not carry kids/nursery furniture anymore. Decor 4 Kids is the only place I could find that carried Matrix kids furniture.
