I do not recommend this business!!! I ordered on September 1st. I never received my bookshelf. Months went by where I had to message them, call, leave voicemails, etc. They either wouldn’t respond at all, or would just tell me it’ll be here soon with an excuse as to why it wasn’t in yet. I never received the shelf for my baby’s nursery, even after he was born in February! I requested a refund…I had to even check on that multiple times!! Unfortunately I don’t even know where to begin with this review other than my experience is no different than many of the other reviewers before me. My husband and I wanted to plan ahead and order nursery furniture in plenty of time for our first-born son’s arrival. This business is a scam and you will not get any of the items you buy from them. I do not use that word lightly, but after what we’ve experienced, there is no other honest way to describe this business. We placed our order over four months ago and have still not received the items we paid for in full. These were not luxury or “nice,to,have” purchases , they were items bought for our twin babies. Do not shop here! This has been the absolute worst experience. Unless you want to be stressed before your baby arrives and spend your freshly postpartum time trying to track down your paid items, I would avoid this store. I purchased nursery furniture, a reclining chair and crib bedding in September and was told the items would arrive in 6-8 weeks- with 8 weeks being the worst case due to the chair. I’m still waiting on an ETA for a bed and dresser set purchased August 15 of this year. Was told I’d have in 4-6 weeks, maybe two weeks. My baby is coming in three weeks and I’ve literally been chasing them for answers with no luck. Just the runaround. I’m the one following up after being told I’d have updates by end of day/day next.
