Zero stars. Please refund me for the full bed conversion set and mail me a check. I have sent texts that have been left read and the voicemail box is full. We ordered this July of 2025 and it has been 11 months. We have had the same experience as other recent reviewers. Please refund me. We have been very patient and you cannot receive the shipment so give us our money back. The order is under the name Kaitlyn Randolph.
I had placed an order 8 months ago, and they keep pushing me off as to when my order will finally arrive, I keep being told two more weeks and now I can’t get anyone to contact me back regarding my order, I can see they read my text messages but do not respond. Now the one phone number is not working. I would not recommend this company, as the customer service is lacking and you do not receive the order.
We chose this company because we wanted to support a local business and expected a higher level of personal service and accountability than you’d get from a large online retailer. Unfortunately, the experience was the exact opposite. We placed our order on February 1st and were quoted a 6–8 week lead time, with assurances it would “probably be closer to 6.” We paid in full upfront. The beds did not arrive until April 24th. I do not recommend this business!!! I ordered on September 1st. I never received my bookshelf. Months went by where I had to message them, call, leave voicemails, etc. They either wouldn’t respond at all, or would just tell me it’ll be here soon with an excuse as to why it wasn’t in yet. I never received the shelf for my baby’s nursery, even after he was born in February! I requested a refund…I had to even check on that multiple times!! Unfortunately I don’t even know where to begin with this review other than my experience is no different than many of the other reviewers before me. My husband and I wanted to plan ahead and order nursery furniture in plenty of time for our first-born son’s arrival.
