They are very friendly and helpful and will help you find that "perfect" item (or items) to furnish and/or accessorize. If what you're looking for is not in the store, they have a many catalogs to look through or will even customize something for you. PROS: Very personal CONS:

The prices are really high, and though I love their products, I can't justify spending that much on children't furniture.
